So I'm back. And the blog has been slightly revamped now that I have the 7D. Its been a busy few weeks with my parents visit and the next few weeks (my last in Montreal) will also be busy with more visits from friends and family. Can't wait!
So here, a small sample of the photos I took in New York. It wasn't until I came home and looked at them that I realized that a lot of them kindof looked exactly the same. I got hooked on the juxtaposition of old-historical representations and modern metropolitan objects and buildings. Same with the blooms on the trees. They made the city so beautiful.

Cemetery at Trinity Church, just a hundred feet away from ground zero. These are real tomb stones of men, women and children who died in the 1700s. Amazing to see these and to think of them on 9/11
